John Benjamin Brown, 84, of Pocahontas, died at his home Sunday. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Willia Warnell Brown of Pocahontas; one son, Gerald Brown of Glendora, Calif; two daughters, Mrs. Freda Baldridge and Mrs. Helen Sparks, both of St Louis, MO; 11 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday afternoon at 1 in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home of Pocahontas, with Johnny Blassingame and Lowell Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery.
The body will lie in state from 3 this afternoon until 8 this evening in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home.
