Ruby was born in Hamilton County, Texas, to the late Joe Dildy and Minnie Fay Terral. She was a member of Cedar Creek Baptist Church and was past member of the First Baptist Church of China Spring.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Troy Dale Terral.
Mrs. Russell is survived by her husband of 63 years, Earl D. Russell; daughters, Judy Kerr and husband, Jerry, of Ovilla, Texas, and Patti Russell, of Whitney; grandchildren, Kristi Reynolds and husband, Nick, of Baldivis, Western Australia, and Samantha Kerr, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; grandson, Justice Kerr and wife, Mandy, of Hurst; great-grandchildren, Caden Kerr, Sophie Kerr and Addy Kerr, of Hurst, and many other relatives and friends.
