BRIDGEPORT, Illinois - Kathleen Lucille "Kate" (York) Creek, 83, Bridgeport, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010.

She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and attended Island Free Methodist Church. She was a homemaker, CNA, a cook at KBJ's and P&B's, and a member of the Quilters Guild.

Survivors are children Carolyn Bell, Sandra Kay Mossberger, Harvey Creek, Debbie Ann Robinson, Dorothy Rambaud, Henry Creek and Richard Wayne; a brother, Richard York; two sisters, Alene Stoltz and Donna York Luke; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Cunningham Funeral Home, with burial in Bridgeport City Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice with envelopes available at the funeral home.
