Elsie L. Hinkle, a 50-year resident of Tehama County, passed away on Monday, Oct. 27, 2008. She was 95.
She is survived by sisters Ina Poulton, Enola Gates and Shirley Baker; brothers Marion Hinkle, Gene Hinkle and Paul Hinkle.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, at Oak Hill Cemetery.
