Together they had three children, Oscar Filmore Davis, Helena L. Davis, and Nancy Jennett Davis. She married 2) Jim A. Williams on 20 Dec 1888 in Panola, Panola County, Texas. Together they had one child, Floyd Williams who changed his name to Floyd Franklin Phillips. Mary then married 3) John Zachariah Phillips on 28 Nov 1896 in Van Zandt County, Texas. Together they had two children, Viola Pauline Phillips and Verner Phillips. Mary Catherine Fisher Davis Williams Phillips died on 24 Jun 1938 in Atoka County, Oklahoma and was buried in Bera Cemetery, Atoka, Atoka County, Oklahoma.
