Mrs. Gertrude Morgan Bell, 96, died Monday (November 10, 2003) at Satilla Care Center following a long and gracious life.

She was a native of Brantley County but had resided most of her life in Waycross. She was married to the late Paul H. Bell and was the daughter of the late Hance Morgan and Lillie Raulerson Bell. She was a member of Williams Chapel Church.

The survivors include a daughter, Sandra Allen of Waycross; two sons, Donald H. Bell and Edwin Bell both of Atlanta; 13 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at Music Funeral Home Tuesday night from 6 until 8 o'clock.
