RALPH P. FEASEL, 102, of Pine Run Estates, Ocala, passed away, Tuesday, October 21, 2008 in Ocala, Florida.
He was born December 2, 1905 in Paulding, Ohio, son to the late Ervin and Bertha (Sanner) Feasel.
Ralph moved here in 1982 from Lavonia, Michigan. For many years he was the owner and operator of a gas station and garage in Detroit, MI. He was a WWII U.S. Army veteran having served with the 533rd Ord.Co. in the European Theatre. He attended the Ocala United Methodist Church West. Ralph was a Iifemember of the V.F.W. Post#4781, Ocala and was Past Commander of the V.F.W. Post in Lavonia, MI. He was also a Iifemember of the Masonic Tyrian Lodge #55, Lavonia, MI., and past president and member of the former Senior Citizens Club of Lavonia. Ralph loved traveling, dancing, golfing and bowling and enjoyed these activities through his 101st birthday.
He was preceded in death by his 2 brothers: Harlan Feasel and Raymond Feasel.
He is survived by his Wife Phyllis Feasel, Pine Run Estates; Step-Son Donald Brose and his wife Carolyn, Ft. Myers, FL; 2 nephews: Don Feasel and Dwayne Feasel; niece Darlene Reynolds; also several step-nieces and nephews including Bill & Kathy Emond, Kenneth & Sandy Emond and David & Linda Emond; He also leaves his special sister-in-law Eunice Houle and her husband Lucien.
A Memorial Service will be held by the family at a later date. Inurnment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
