"Arthur Binford, aged 37 years, died at his home in Blue River township, Hancock county, Monday morning, following a short illness from appendicitis. He was born in Blue River township and lived there all his life. About ten years ago he was united in marriage with Miss Glenna Templeton and to them was born one daughter, now seven years old. Other survivors besides his wife and daughter are his parents and one sister, Mrs. Maude Dykeman, of Logansport, and two brothers, Earl and Waldo Binford, of Hancock county. The funeral was held Wednesday at 2 o'clock. Interment at Walnut Ridge."
