SAN ANTONIO NATIONAL CEMETERY

I believe this to be Thomas Henry Spiers. Husband of Margaret Marie Forsythe and father of several children including:

Lola Spiers Westheimer
Levonia "Lee" Spiers Smith
Drusilla Spiers Holcombe
Ira Joseph Spiers
Artemus "Artie" Ward Spiers

His death certificate gives his age as 68 which would put his birth year circa 1835. The 1880 census puts his date of birth circa 1842.
