I believe this to be Nancy Belle Fletcher Hoover, the daughter of David and Elizabeth Swain Fletcher. I just found her D/C and apparently she married a Mr. Hoover and died in Brady, McCulloch County, Texas August 3, 1941. She is listed as single in 1920 and widowed in 1930 so she wasn't married very long.
