Anthony Racz, age 56, 1922 Catalpa avenue, died Saturday afternoon in St. Joseph hospital following an illness of six weeks. Mr. Racz, who was born in Hungary April 11, 1889, had lived in South Bend 37 years. He was employed by the Oliver corporation as a moulder. He is survived by his widow, Agnes; a foster son, Peter Lakatos; a sister, Mrs. Emery Kertay , and a grandson, all of South Bend, and three brothers and four sisters in Hungary. Mr. Racz was a member of the International Worker's order.

Son of Istvan Racz and Marie Kaloczi; paternal grandson of Janos Racz and Katalin Sagi; maternal grandson of Janos Kaloczi and Etelka Karhuz. His sister, Anna Agnes Racz also immigrated to South Bend, Indiana.
