The following obituary was published in the Washington Reporter of Washington, Pennsylvania dated October 1, 1908. It is hard to read but I was able to make out most of it. The age in the obituary is a couple of years off.

Obituary of Mrs. Mary Oller Adams published in the Washington Reporter dated October 1, 1908
Word was received in Washington yesterday of the death of Mrs. Mary Oller Adams at Milan, Ohio Monday at 9 o'clock. Mrs. Adams was for many years a resident of Washington and was well known here. She was the widow of the late William Adams who was a well-known carpenter here about 15 years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Adams went to Milan, Ohio where they made their home with their son John Adams. Shortly after they moved to Ohio Mr. Adams died. Mrs. Adams was aged 87 years. Her death was not unexpected as she had been an invalid and bedfast for the past three years. Mrs. Adams' maiden name was Mary Oller. She was the daughter of the late David and Lydia Oller. Born in Washington, Mrs. Adams passed the greater part of her life at 178 North Main Street. She is survived by two children, one son John with whom she made her home and one daughter, Mrs. Samuel Grimes of Chicago. Two sisters also survive Mrs. Elizabeth Smith, and Mrs. R. F. Hasson. Funeral services were held at Milan yesterday. Interment was made in the Milan Cemetery.
