He remained single until the day after his forty-second birthday when he married his first wife, Susie Mitcheline Stallings, August 26, 1972. That marriage ended in divorce December 9, 1979; no children of this union. He then married divorcee Shirley Ann (maiden name unknown) McRoy February 14, 1980. They divorced, later remarried, then divorced yet again.
Bobbie was a United States Air Force Veteran who served state-side during the Korean War.
He was an avid fisherman, seldom missing a weekend on a lake, regardless of the weather.
He is survived by his daughter Rebecca Ann Martin and husband Danny of Hope, AR; five grandchildren Skylar Gardner, Keith Arnold, Heather Arnold, Audrie Arnold, and Douglas McRoy; sister Velma Duchesne of Baskin; and three step-children Jeannie Ward, Shelia Stephens and William McRoy.
A heavy, heavy smoker since he was nine years old, Bobbie succumbed to a long battle with cancer.

Many thanks and much appreciation to Renee for her generous and kind sponsorship of Bobbie's memorial.

Many thanks to Karen for the transferal of Bobbie's memorial.
