Died, at 6 a.m., Saturday, June 18, 1904, at the residence of Dr. W. P. Armstrong, of a complication of diseases, Margaret Elizabeth Stecher, aged 1 year. Private funeral services will be held this afternoon at the residence. The interment will be made in Oak Ridge cemetery. The child was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul M. Stecher of Ogden, Utah, and a niece of Mrs. Armstrong. IL State Journal, Springfield, IL, 6-19-1904
Note: Margaret is buried in an unmarked grave in the Dr. Wilber and Anna Stecher Armstrong plot with Armstrong and Chapin family members. Anna Stecher Armstrong was her father Paul's sister.
