Funeral services have been set for Morris Haggard, 60, of Route 2, Morgantown, who died Monday, October 8, at his residence. He had been ill for 2 1/2 years. Retired as a Foreman for the State Highway Commission, Haggard was born April 2, 1919 in Brown County to George and Bina Sosbe Haggard. He married Mary Zupancic, September 14, 1946, in Martinsville, and she survives. A member of the St. Agnes Catholic Church in Nashville, he was a disabled Army veteran of World War II. Other survivors include three brothers, Fremont Haggard of Morgantown, Lester and Alvin Haggard, both of Route 2, Morgantown, Dorothy Smith, Trafalgar and Leona Helton, Canon City, Colorado. He was preceded in death by a brother Clemous Haggard and a sister, Sylvia Bailey. Father Edwin Sahm will officiate at the 10 A.M. funeral service at the St. Agnes Catholic Church on Thursday, October 11. Burial will follow at East Hill Cemetery in Morgantown. Arrangements were handled by the Bond Funeral Home. Oct. 10, 1979,
