Mrs. Allison Dies At Gore:

Mrs. Goldie Allison, “52,” died this morning about 1:30 a.m; at her home, at Gore. She was the wife of Frank Allison, who is employed by the Virginia Glass-Sand Corporation. Mrs. Allison was twice married; first husband being the late James Patterson; (Children by this union who survive) are: (Dau) Mrs. Russell (Madge) Whitacre, of Gore; (Dau) Mrs. F. L. (Hilda) Hensley, of Winchester; and (Son) Robert Patterson, of Opequon, Va. (Children by her second marriage) are: (Son) Frank Allison Jr., (Son) Harry Lee Allison, (Son) Earl Allison; (Dau) Ida Allison, and (Dau) Lena Allison; all at home. Mrs. Allison was a member of the Baptist Church at Gore (Va). She had been in ill health
for about two years, but her condition was not serious, until a short time before her death. Funeral arrangements had not been completed - this afternoon.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon, for Mrs. Goldie Allanson, wife of Frank Allanson - who died at her home at Gore, yesterday morning, about 1:30 a.m. Friends and relatives will gather at the Gorge Baptist Church, of which Mrs. Allanson was a member, at 1 o’clock, Tuesday afternoon - where the Rev. G. L. Ragland, pastor, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Webby, of Romney, W.Va., will officiate. Interment will be in National Cemetery at Winchester, at 2 o’clock. Serving as pallbearers - will be her: (Nephews) Raymond Newlin, and Roy Newlin - sons of Salem E. Newlin; (Nephew) Lester Smith - son of Bessie (Newlin) Smith;
and (Cousins) Russell Cooper, John Cooper and Ed Cooper; her
relation, on her mother Margaret Elizabeth (Cooper-Newlin’s
side of the family)... Mrs. Allanson was survived by the following children: (Dau) Mrs. Russell (Madge) Whitacre, of Gore; (Dau) Mrs. F. L.
