Jazzalynn was born June 27, 2002, in Tulsa to James and Sandra Smith. She was a first grade student at Lindbergh Elementary, first in her kindergarten class, loved dogs, and had read 365 books this summer.
She is survived by: parents, James and Sandy Smith; grandparents, Barbara and Robert Prather, Jimmy Wayne and Carolyn Brittain, Jim and Ginnny Newberry, Jim and Sally Smith; godparents, Charles and Peggy Smith, Carrie Hagler, Bill and Anna Tarpenning; 8 aunts; 4 uncles; also great aunts, uncles, many cousins, and her River Parks and Oktoberfest family.
Jazzalynn touched multiple hearts in her short life and will be remembered by many as a loving, vivacious, sweet little girl. Although her life was short, she lived it to the fullest and will be missed by all. Jazz you are our gift from heaven who we loved before you were born and will love forever.
Service 10 am, Saturday, July 26, 2008, Sheridan Ave. Christian Church, interment Floral Haven Cemetery. Under the direction of Moore's Eastlawn Chapel 622-1155. Jazzalynn Rose Marie Smith

They have not found no reason for her death. She went to sleep at home and did not wake up. It took my sweet daughter and her husband 20yrs to have her. She was such a joy. She is missed and loved so much.
