Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Moore Memorial Gardens. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Elise was born Oct. 31, 1918, in Arlington, the daughter of Lewis and Bessie Moore. She was a lifelong resident of Arlington. She taught sixth grade in the Arlington Independent School District. Elise was a life member of First Baptist Church in Arlington.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Byrom.
Survivors: Son, Steve Byrom and wife, Lisa, of Granbury; daughter, Sandra Cope and husband, Mack, of Arlington; granddaughters, Lisa Boyer and husband, Terry, Travis Cope and wife, Ashley; and great-grandchildren, Braden Cope and wife, Arden, Lizanne and Ben Boyer of Dallas.
