Thelma was the beloved daughter of John Thomas Smith and Nancy Holloway. She was the wife of James Franklin Sanders. She worked at Juliette Mills for many years. She was predeceased by her husband and followed in death by her children, Pearl Sanders Harper; Thelma Rebecca Sanders Fordham; James Tullis Sanders and John Lester Sanders. She is survived by her son Emory F. Sanders and daughter, Rosenia Sanders Durden. She is deeply missed.
