Funeral services for Willie Robert Lefthand Sr. were held Thursday, Aug. 21 at Indian Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Horse officiating. Burial was in the Concho Cemetery under direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
Mr. Lefthand died Aug. 14,2008, at his home in El Reno. He
was born April 29, 1945, in Calumet. He was a medical assistant and a member of Indian Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chief Lefthand; his parents, Chester Sr. and Mary (Shephard) Lefthand; and an infant brother, Chester Lefthand Jr.
He is survived by a son, Willie Lefthand Jr. of Rapid City, S.D.; a daughter, Nicole Lefthand and husband, Anthony White of Reno, Nev.; sisters, Frances Lefthand of Norman and Ruby Webb Lefthand of Palmdale, Calif.; and three grandchildren, Laylea Lefthand; Sonny Lefthand and Sarah White.
