Jason was the youngest son of Leonard and Linda Hatfield of Forge Ridge, he had 2 brothers, David and Mitchell 2 daughters Kenzy and Tabitha and one sister Crystal. In the short time that Jay spent here on this earth, he gave me one of the most precious gifts imaginable, A Beautiful Granddaughter named Kenzy, and for that Jay, I will always be grateful to you. Jay was a very nice young man who was taken from his family way too soon, On June 30, 2008 Jay was driving on Forge Ridge Road, a very short distance from his home, when his car left the road and hit several trees, Jay was thrown from the car and killed. there was no drugs or alcohol involved. Jason was loved very much by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
