Wallace G. Comfort, age 74 years a retired farmer living at Fremont, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Clark, 1714 High St. where he had been visiting for the past week. Death was due to angina pectoris following a brief illness. The wife of the deceased died two weeks ago. Two daughters Mrs. Anthony Westendorf of New Orleans and Mrs. John Clark, 4 grandchildren and 2 sisters survive. Funeral services will take place from the home of the daughter, Wednesday afternoon at 4 o'clock after which the remains will be shipped to Montogmery, MI Fort Wayne Journal Gazette Thursday May 14, 1918
