Hutto, May 3, Mrs. F. E. Evans, 86, pioneer Williamson County and Hutto Resident died at the family home near here Saturday afternoon about 5 o'clock following a short illness.
Surviving the deceased are ten children, nine daughters, Mrs Catherine Finger, Miss Annie Evans, and Mrs. Ernest Sowell of Austin; Miss Lelia Evans, Miss Lizzie Evans, Miss Lou Evans, Miss Willie Evans, and Mrs. Clarence Beasley all of Hutto, and Mrs. John Emory of Weslaco, and one son, Thom Evans of Austin.
Funeral services have been tentatively set for Sunday Afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Presbyterian Church here. The Reverand Mr. Posey, of San Antonio, former Hutto pastor will conduct the services. Interment will be made in the Shiloh cemetery near Hutto.
