Martha Evaline Bowers-Sitton was my biological great Aunt. She and my Grand father William Finley Howard Bowers were the only ones that lived to adulthood of 6 children of Lemuel H and Susan M Russell-Bowers. On the register of her death, it states that she is buried in the Chism Cemetery. In an email from Dennis Hardesty, he told me that this cemetery is pretty well destroyed from the lack of care. The fence was all gone and cattle had trampled down and broken the stones and most of them had been covered over through the years. What A Shame!!!
