Release Levi Snyder to Daniel Snyder

Know all men by these presents that we Levi Snyder, Dewalt Snyder, William Snyder, Peter Snyder, William Vought and *Lydia* Vought his wife and William W. Vought and *Susan* Vought his wife all legal heirs of Jacob D. Snyder late of Milford Township, Somerset County Penna dec'd. As well for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred and seventy two dollars to us in hand paid by Daniel Snyder Administrator of the Estate of Jacob Snyder
dec'd of Milford Township County and state aforesaid and before the sealing and delivery thereof the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge as for divers ? other good causes and valuable consideration ?? thereto specially???? have remised released quit claim and forever discharged and by these presents for us our heirs executors and administrators do ??release quit claim and forever discharge the said Daniel Snyder as Administrator of Jacob D. Snyder dec'd his heirs executors and administrators and ??? of them of and from all and all manner of action and actions cause and causes of action and actions suits debts duties sum and sums of money accounts reckoning bonds bills specialities covenants contracts agreements promises various damages judgments extents executions claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity or otherwise howsoever(?) which against the said Daniel Snyder Administrator of Jacob D. Snyder dec'd never had now have or which we are heirs executors or administrators hereafter can shall or may have for upon or by reason of any matter ??????? whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents,

In witness whereof we have herewith set our hands and seals the second day of March A.D.one thousand eight-hundred and sixty-six.
