Services are pending with Norwood-Welch Funeral Home in Idabel.

Born December 11, 1902, at Nashville, Arkansas, to Leroy Hearmon Coleman and Amanda Cyrene "Callie" Miller Coleman.

He had lived his entire lifetime in Idabel. He was a retired rancher, a member of the First Christian Church, and a member of the Idabel Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife: Lessie Christian Coleman, of Idabel, four sons: Roy Edward Coleman of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Robert D. Coleman, of Texarkana, Donald D. Coleman and James R. Coleman, both of Idabel, five daughters: Laverne Willis, of Richland, Washington, Wilma Gibert of Idabel, Vivian Davis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Rose Marie Maguire of South Siox City, Nebraska, and Edna Hogan of California, three brothers: Tad Coleman of Richland, Washington, Luther Coleman of New York, William Chaney "Bud" of Eugene Oregon, a sister: Viola Roberts of Richland Washington, 26 grandchildren, 11 great grand children, 5 step grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren.
