Debbie Ann Hoffarth, 46, of Springdale, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2008 in Springdale. She was born October 12, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Herbert and Juanita (Sikes) Apon. Debbie married David Hoffarth on July 31, 1981; she has been employed by Harps Foods for twenty-one years. Debbie was a devoted wife and loving mother, she loved rodeos, barrel racing and was an avid Arkansas Razorback baseball fan.
She was preceded in death by her father; Herbert Apon.
She is survived by her husband; David Hoffarth of the home, one daughter; Jessica Mae Hoffarth of the home, six brothers and there wives; Lynn Apon of Springdale, Arkansas, Gary Apon and wife Debby of Springdale, Dennis Apon and wife Paula of Springdale, Arkansas, Jeff Apon of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jackie Hoffarth and wife Becky of Vian, Oklahoma, Tim Hoffarth of Fayetteville, Arkansas, one sister and her husband; Michelle Lowery and husband Jack of Springdale, Arkansas, five nephews, seven nieces, six great nephews and four great nieces.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the Revival Tabernacle Church in Springdale with Mr. Jim Eden and Rev. Paul Eden officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery in Springdale.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM, Wednesday, June 18, 2008 in the Chapel of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. With the Family receiving friends from 6:00 PM till 8:00 PM.
