She is survived by her husband of five years, Donovan, and 2-year-old daughter, Avery Alice of Fayetteville; brothers, Bret Bottomley of Cape Coral, Fla., and Brandon Bottomley of Evans, Ga.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Penn of Eureka Springs; and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Everett Cox of Evansville, Ind.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday at Moore's Chapel, 206 W. Center St. in Fayetteville. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Faith Family Christian Church in Eureka Springs.
