Wellsville - Mrs. Ruth Virginia Buckley, 80, of Fife Coal Road died Tuesday, Jan. 112, 1993 at the City Hospital, following a brief illness.

She was born in Chester Jan. 21, 1912, a daughter of the late Harry and Minnie Drane.

Mrs. Buckley moved to Wellsville from East Liverpool in 1981. She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church and its Doreas Class in East Liverpool.

Her husband, Frank M. Buckley, whom she married August 6, 1941, died Feb. 27, 1987, a daughter Mrs. Sonia Fredrick, died in 1986.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Donald (Susan) Heaton of Wellsville, a brother Paul Drane of Leola, PA., two sisters, Mrs. Elinore Diehl of Largo, Fla., and Mrs John (Charmaine) Wilkinson of New York and four grandchildren.

Pastor Jan Ricketts of the church is to conduct services at 1 p.m. Friday at the Martin Funeral Home in East Liverpool.

Burial is to be in Riverview Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday.
