She was born September 19, 1932 and was married to James Millet, who predeceased her in 2004.
Julia was a parishioner of St. Patrick's Church in Newburgh, NY.
Survivors include her special friends: Ken and Marlene Kilpatrick of Newburgh; a cousin, Paul, and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 am to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 4, at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh, NY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church in Newburgh, NY. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
