He is survived by his wife, Marion Kelm Barton of Binghamton; a daughter, Mrs. Daniel Crowley of Endicott; a son, Marlin F. Barton of Endwell; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Herman Mathewson of Endicott; a nephew and several cousins. He was a member of Union Baptist Church and of its Baraca-Philathea Class.
The body was removed to the Allen Memorial Home, 511-513, East Main Street, Endicott, where the family will receive friends Thursday and Friday from 7 to 9 p. m.
