Tim was my 3rd born of three children & he was preceded in death by his Maternal grandpa, Corbin E. Pennington, age 67 in 1967, his only brother, E. A. "Bubby" Turner, age 19 months in 1968, of which both passed before he was born, therefore he never knew them, just only by photos,.. his Paternal step-grandmother, age 59 in 1982 & his dad, age 35 in 1986.
He was born & passed away, both on a Wednesday.~~Loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, grandson, great-grandson & friend. Very energetic, very hygienic, very neat & kept his room immaculate. Had many friends. Loved life. At a very young age, he was diagnosed of Hyper-activity & later having Temporal Lobe Epilepsy. Everyday life was more than a challenge for him, making it very difficult at times. The love & strength of his family & friends was always there. He loved his only sister & looked up to her a lot in his growing up. She was over 4 years older than him.
In 1981, he played in the West Side Little League Indians baseball team. He Loved basketball, swimming, fishing, lifting weights, working out & track. When he'd run, it looked like he was floating at a high speed with long strides. It was funny to see. He participated & was assigned in a program as a "Painter" & a "Park Recreation Leader" in Hamilton, for Hapso. Tim's fiance, did the same, in one of the other local parks as well. He also was in the "Golden Bridge" project, (through the Salvation Army in Hamilton, OH.), in helping senior citizens. He was learning & worked on cars & talked of being a mechanic. He had a green thumb & loved working with flowers & house vines. He enjoyed helping his dad in the kitchen in creating meals for the family. He tended to find excitement, living on the edge & testing his boundaries. Good looking young man. Height: 6'3", weight: 172 lbs., short blonde hair, dark brown eyes, nice teeth & a friendly smile. His favorite colors: pastel pink & blue. He was outstanding & friendly.

In 1984, at age 13, he got in some mischief & was sent several months, to the "Bob Hope House" for boys in Mount Healthy, Ohio. During his stay, actor Bob Hope, age 81, paid a visit there, telling the boys of his days of mischief & a lengthy time away from his home. He ensured them of a better future, only if they chose it to be. Tim got to shake hands with Mr. Hope & speak with him. It was an honor & thrill for the boys & the staff there, for this famous celebrity to take the time to visit & encourage them. Prior to leaving the Hope House, Tim broke a 26-year record as voted in the same week, "best student of the week" & "best student of the month".
He was a junior (11th grade) in Hamilton High School, where his closest school friends & the principal, (Mr. Florio), honored him with a bronze plaque outside on the school building & planted a tree there, all in his memory. Years later, both his memorials were removed due to remodeling of the school. He had attended a school in Van Wert, Ohio & was on the honor roll three times there. Tim had a job at a local Burger King Restaurant that just opened in east Hamilton, Ohio.
The morning that Tim passed away, came down the hardest rain I truly ever saw in my lifetime. At 2:35 AM, I was woke by two sheriff deputies that told me the shocking news of my son. It was shortly afterwards, that the family & Tim's friends, all knew, there were lies & a cover-up in regards of his death. God will sort it out. He died at age 17 yrs., 11 mo. & 8 days. From the date of his passing, Wed., 12-28-1988, to Wed., 12-6-2006, is the same amount of time, that he spent on earth.

He wanted to get into modeling & loved the latest clothing fashions. He tinkered with piano & guitar. His best friend Billy, became a drummer after being inspired by Tim. They played basketball a lot together too. Billy got a private viewing of Tim at the funeral home, because he couldn't be available at the regular visitation & funeral services. He placed in Tim's hand, his bronze basketball metal to be buried with him. Tim loved to Rap & wrote his own songs & he listened to rock groups such as AC~DC, Cinderella, Metallica, Guns & Roses, ZZ Top, & James Dio-(Angel Day in 2010, age: 67/stomach cancer).

Tim saw his first & only concert with eight other friends, on Tue., Oct. 25,1988, with performances by two rock bands, AC~DC on their, "Blow Up Your Video" tour & with Cinderella on their, "Long Cold Winter" tour, at the (formerly called), Riverfront Coliseum, an indoor arena, capacity: 17,556, (1975-1997). It was later named: The Crown (1997-1999), then later on named: Firstar Center (1999-2002), then named: U.S. Bank Arena (2002-2019), as of Mon., Nov. 04, 2019 to present, it's fifth name, changed to: Heritage Bank Center, 100 Broadway Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-3514. He accomplished the Rubik's Cube at an early age & later found it boring, no longer being a challenge. His fiancee, being 5 days his junior & nearly together 2 yrs., had a wedding date set, which would have occurred 3 mo. after his death. He loved video games: Frogger, Space Invaders, Dragon-fire, Spider Fighter, Centipede & had Pac Man mastered. All were Atari games. He accomplished the Rubik's Cube at an early age & later found it boring, no longer being a challenge. Prior to his death, he had spoke twice, to a recruiting officer, wanting to join the United States Marines. His fiancee, being 5 days his junior & nearly together 2 yrs., had a wedding date set, which would have occurred 3 mo. after his death. She's been missing & presumed dead 8 yrs. after his death & never been found. She was an only child.
