Barbara, age 69, was the daughter of George and Lela Zugg. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, George and Karen. She is survived by her children, Deb Seuferer, Chuck Cleveland Jr., and Teri Doss, four grandchildren, and her siblings, David Zugg, Ed Zugg, Jim Zugg, Bob Zugg, and Tom Jones. Services were held at Pierschbacher Funeral Home. Burial was in Chariton Cemetery.Barbara Cleveland Kress, 69, of Chariton, formerly of Milo, died Aug. 7, 2008. Services were August 9 at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton.

Kress was born Aug. 18, 1938, in Webster City, the daughter of George and Lela Zugg. She worked at a resort in Arizona while she lived there, at the Indianola Good Samaritan Center, and drove the special needs bus for Southeast Warren Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, George Zugg; and a sister, Karen.

Survivors include her children, Deb Seuferer of Chariton, Chuck Cleveland Jr. of Milo and Teri Doss of Ackworth; four grandchildren; siblings, David Zugg and Ed Zugg, both of Phoenix, Ariz., Jim Zugg of Long Beach, Miss., Bob Zugg of Waldorf, Md., and Tom Jones of St. Paul, Minn.
