The family said that he loved to work in the yard, and enjoyed airplanes, trucks, motorcycles and fixing things.
His favorite foods were hot dogs, Cheetos and goulash.
He loved the outdoors and played outside for hours.
He loved running and wanted everyone to run with him.
He was a wonderful big brother and took care of his sister and brother.
He loved bear hugs and kisses.
He was a fan of Spiderman and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Jesse especially admired his older cousin, Abree.
He is survived by his mother, Rachel Mullins and father, Jesse W. Black of Riverton; paternal grandfather, Alan Wayne Black of Worthington, Pa.; paternal grandmother Linda Diane Shields of Spokane, Wash.; great-grandparents, Thomas M. Shields and Sadie M. Shields of Liberty Lake, Wash.; maternal grandparents, Stephanie and Danny Martinez of Riverton, and Eddie and Augapita Mullins of Veteran; and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Arthur and Theda Black and Kathryn and David Manning; a great-uncle; and uncle.
