Dottie Bell Blair was born December 18, 1904 to Beddie Priscilla Drewry and Millard Fillmore Blair at Magic Springs, Searcy County, Arkamsas.

On January 23, 1921, Dottie married James Loftin. To this union 14 children were born; Lenora Matthews, Nellie Robbs Thames, Zelta Lozano, Priscilla Halsted, Carl Loftin, Herbert Loftin, Clyde Loftin, LaDon Loftin, Janice Campbell, Lylian Wright, Sharon Sanders, Donna Sullins, Mary Gerg and Jerry Donald Loftin.

Dottie was preceeded in death by her parents, her husband of 56 years and one son, LaDon. Her passing will be mourned by her children, grandchildren, great, great-great and great-great-great grandchildren.

Dottie was of the Pentecostal faith and loved to attend church every opportunity she had. She truly loved the Lord and did her best to abide by the Golden Rule.
