Hildur Anderson, of Calgary, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the age of 92 years.
She was the beloved mother to Wayne, Kelvin and Mardelle and son-in-law Eryl Morris, all of Calgary. Hildur is also survived by her grandchildren Nathan den Hollander and Morgan Anderson; as well as sisters Lily Medford and Selma Thompson; brother Joe Thompson; sisters-in-law Rigmor Thompson, Dorothy (Dolly) Anderson, Vera Anderson, Doris Anderson and Willy Thompson; brother-in-law Carl Wilson; as well as many nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Edward Robert (Bob); brothers Albert Thompson, George Thompson and Walfred (Wally) Thompson and sisters Ruth Nelson, and Edna Wilson. She had wide ranging interests and particularly enjoyed the friendship of Azmina Hirji, Jackie Perry and Rya Moore.
Funeral Service held at Foster's Garden Chapel, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen's Park Cemetery) on Friday, December 7, 2007.
