Mrs. Laura Saxton, 59, died Wednesday afternoon at her home, 514 Brown street, Akron, following a lingering illness of heart trouble.
She was born just north of Alliance, daughter of the late Isaac Gaskill.
She leaves her husband James Saxton of Akron, one son Glen Akins, of Alliance; a sister, Mrs. Elva Hoffman of Alliance.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at one o'clock at the home in Akron.
Short services will be held at the chapel at the Alliance cemetery at 3 o'clock. Burial will be made in Alliance City cemetery.
Friends may view the remains this evening from 7 to 9."
