Survived by one son, Steve Paul Pelak of St. Louis; two daughters: Eva Pelak of St. Louis and Toni Underwood, son-in-law Ashley Underwood; two grandchildren: Kimberly and Katie, all of St. Louis; five sister: Anna Healey, Mary (Pete) Market, Helen (Mickey) Moser, Nadine (Jack) Fox, Patricia (Ron) Sanguinette; several nieces and nephews.

This was the only Grandpa I knew so when I found out he passed it was one of the worst days of my life. I was very honored when I was allowed to be the last to pass his casket before it was closed.
