Mrs. Katie H. Hall died at Valle Vista rest home Sunday, Nov. 27, 1966, at the age of 84. Funeral services were at Burns Mortuary Chapel Wednesday, Nov 30, at 10 a.m., with Elder Rio Clyde of the Seventh Day Adventist church officiation. Burial was in Hermiston cemetery.
She was born in Ripley, Miss., Dec 17, 1881, to Barziola and Susan Caroline Smith. On Jan 18, 1904, at Carter, Texas, she married Alfred A. Hall, who preceded her in death in 1954. Mrs. Hall had lived in Hermiston since 1917. She is survived by two sons, James Carl Hall of Seattle, Wash. and Edward Eugene Hall of Yakima, Wash., and one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Schild of College Place, Wash.; six grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
