She was a member of the Lower Spruce Creek Presbyterian Church Ladies Aid Society. Before her marriage, she had been employed by the Wilson Chemical Co., Tyrone, and she later helped at the Nelson House for Children in Spruce Creek for 11 years. She was also a part-time postal clerk in Spruce Creek for many years. Private funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 24, at
3 p.m., at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone, with Pastor Bruce K. Boyles officiating. Interment will be made in the Burket Cemetery, Warriors Mark, R.D.
