Joel Beckham is buried 2:300 p.m. At Hickory Hill
Joel Beckham who died suddenly of heart trouble about 12:30 at his home in Elk Prairie yesterday, was buried this afternoon at Hickory Hill in McClellan township.
Mr. Beckham had been in poor health, and died shortly after a visit to his barn to inspect some oats just threshed. He returned to the house, fell on the porch and died before medical aid could be summoned. Mrs. Beckham rushed to his assistance when he fell.
Mr. Beckham was 75 years old and highly respeced resident.
