Mrs. Eulilee Gartman, 70, of Neeses, S.C., died Friday, Aug. 3, 1990 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg. Funeral services were held at 5 p.m. Monday at Mount Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, with the Rev. Ronald Street and the Rev. Emery Martin officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Pallbearers were members of the Neeses Volunteer Fire Dept. Mrs. Gartman was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Pet H. Harley and Neely Hutto Harley. She was a member of Mt. Beulah P.H. Church. Survivors include her husband, W. Stanley Gartman of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Rae Hewitt of the home; four sons, Wallace Gartman of Boston, Willie Gartman of Columbia, Lionel Gartman of Neeses and Graddy Gartman of Hyde Park, Mas.; three sisters, Mrs. Vivian Young of North, Mrs. Mary Spires of Orangeburg and Mrs. Ellen Vasue of Lorain, Ohio; 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
