She was Preceded in Death by her Husband, Thomas A. Cook;
She is Survived by Two Children, Karen Stevens and Husband, Keith; and Tom Cook and Wife, Mitzi; Four Grandchildren, Karrie Beth Stevens, Alex Cook, Harlee Cook and Carlee Cook; and Many Special Friends.
