Mrs. Cousins has been ill for a number of years but was taken suddenly ill last Friday and lived but a short time.
She leaves a husband and seven children, four girls and three boys, all but two sons were with her at the time of her death. Mrs. Cousins was a kind and loving wife and mother and will be greatly missed in the community in which she lived as well as her home.
Funeral services were held Sunday, afternoon at one o'clock in the Methodist church (sic) at Wayne, conducted by Rev. Engstrum, and interment was made in the Rose Hill cemetery (sic).
