Lou Ann's death certificate shows her middle name as "Anne"; however her family spelled it as Lou ANN & that's also what is on her tombstone. She married Sidney Dee Bennett & he died around the age of 41. He is buried in an unmarked grave near a church in Stokes County, NC. His son B.R. (Beulah) once showed his son, Leonard Bennett, where Sidney was buried. Since both these men are deceased, it's unlikely the grave will be discovered again.
***
Lou Ann was a widow when she died; never remarried. After her husband's death, she sold their farm in Stokes County & moved her three children to Mayodan, NC where she raised them & later lived with B.R. (Beulah)'s family until her death.
