SAMARIA – Lon Spicer died Friday night and was buried in Beech Grove cemetery Sunday morning. Lon was consumptive and in poor health for several years. He was taken very bad about three weeks ago and grew rapidly worse until his death. He was a young man loved by all for his worth and Christian life. He leaves father, mother, two brothers, two sisters, many relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
Prof. C. H. Hall preached Lon Spicer’s funeral Sunday morning at Beech Grove to a large audience.
