ervices for Alexis Antranette Walker Knight, 19, will be 1 pm. Tuesday at Mount Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Roy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Jehovah Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
Born July 30, 1986 at Ardmore to Pete A. Knight and Edith Walker Roberts, she died Nov. 8, 2005 at a local hospital.

Alexis has been an Ardmore resident all of her life. She attended the Ardmore school system from elementary through high school, graduating with the Ardmore High School Class of 2005. She came to Christ at an early age and she was baptized under the leadership of the Rev. E.C. Beatty. She loved to play Uno card games and bowling with the Special Olympics, where she won several medals and ribbons. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Edith and Paul Roberts, father and stepmother, Pete A. and Debra Knight, brother, Pete Allen Knight Jr., and Gloria, of the home; three stepbrothers, Tabar Allen Knight, Carl Miller and Darrel Miller, stepsister, DeKena Murray and a host of other relatives.

Bearers are Calvin Knight, James Knight, Eric Knight, Elliott Knight Jr., Jeffery Anderson and Kevin Adair. Flower bearers are Breezy Knight, Angela Knight, Quella Knight, DeAndrea McGee, LaTasha Stevenson and Jaquetta Roberson.
