Sandra L. Cruse, 62, of 306 Staunton St. Piqua, died at 10:10 am Friday, July 4, 2008 in the Miami Valley Hospital. She was born September 3, 1945 in Piqua to the late John and Lucille Kinsella Cruse.

Survivors include long time friend Jay Young of Piqua, Son Terry & Anglea Manson of Piqua, daughter Hope D. Manson of Bradford, six grandchildren, Cassie & Sean Campbell, Jesse Dudley, Mara Manson, Austin Manson, Deanna Roberts, Trent Elliott, two brothers, John "Bud" & Judy Cruse of Piqua, Dave & Carol Cruse of Springboro, a sister, Debbie McNeal of Franklin, Brother-in-law, Bill Helbing and a sister-in-law, Bert Cruse. She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.

Miss. Cruse was a graduate of Piqua Central High School, was a book keeper at Sleep City and was active in the Shawnee Group as treasurer and group organizer .She was dedicated family person and greatly loved her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 8, 2008 in the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with the Rev. James Manuel officiating. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Monday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association, 2555 S. Dixie Dr., Suite 112, Dayton, Ohio 45409.
