Floral Park; daughters, Tonya Simmons Blackmore, Atlanta, Tara Simmons Walker, Marietta, Ga.; sisters, Eunice Simmons, Deveraux, Ga., Elnora Burton, Atlanta; brothers, Sterling Simmons, Deveraux, Harold Simmons, Milton Simmons, Dennis Simmons, all of Atlanta, John Simmons, Sparta, Ga.; and five grandchildren.
