Services for William W. Poole 81, are scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the Johnson Church of God with David Turner, pastor and the Rev, Doyle Seeley, pastor of Little Church of God officating.
William was born in Izzard Couny in Ark. He came to Oklahoma in 1909 and settled in the Johnson community. Mr Poole farmed in the Johnson area for several years prior to moveing to Shawnee in 1943. Mr Poole attened the Church of God. Survivors include two daughters Mrs Lorine Goodnight: Mrs Dora Roberts Boatman: one brother, Paul Poole, one sister, Mrs,Rhoda Singleterry,Washington, nine grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Roesch Brothers Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
